📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze production costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize production efficiency.

- Prepare and present cost reports using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in cost control or a similar role in manufacturing.
- Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and Power BI for financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in cost management or financial analysis is a plus.
