📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned area.
• Manage and coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of tenant issues and maintenance requests.
• Monitor and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and address any issues.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on area performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with property management software and systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
