📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to the hospital's menu and dietary requirements.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff.,Handle food inventory and ensure proper storage and usage.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure food meets health and safety standards.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary meals for patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a hospital or similar setting.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with food handling and hygiene practices.,Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
