📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in handling customer transactions and inquiries.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Assist in the management of cash and other financial resources.,Follow up on customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the training and development of new employees.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
