In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our tea products to various retail outlets. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are available to customers in a timely manner. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the distribution of tea products to retail outlets.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies.,Provide excellent customer service to retail partners.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution team.,Assist in the training of new distribution staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in distribution or a related field.,Strong knowledge of distribution systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
