As a Lead Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll processing.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.,Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bank statements.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Fluency in English is a plus.
