📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Promoting products and services to drive sales and increase market share.,Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are optimized.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
