Sehati Wati Dental Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cashier Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all financial transactions including cash, credit, and debit payments.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Maintain and update patient records and financial documents.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Monitor cash flow and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting, depositing, and reconciling funds.,Assist in the preparation of invoices and receipts.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial role in a healthcare or similar environment.,Proficient in using financial software and accounting systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of insurance claims processing is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
