Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd. is seeking two experienced Site Supervisors/Coordinators to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficient operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction safety and operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure efficient operations and effective communication.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.,Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution.,Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety and operations.,Certification in construction safety and health (e.g., OSHA, SHEQ) is a plus.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Bali is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
