📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist clients in onboarding and integrating our products into their workflows,Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues,Monitor client usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement,Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to drive client satisfaction,Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our products and services,Document processes and create training materials for new team members,Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall growth of the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technical or customer success capacity,Strong technical skills and knowledge of our products and services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients,Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving client success,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Experience working in a remote or distributed team is a plus
