PT Prima Elang is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Tenggarong. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a passion for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide support to the Logistics Manager in the planning and execution of logistics projects.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all logistics activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
