📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of our IT infrastructure,Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of our systems,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed,Document and report on system performance and any issues encountered,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the overall success of our IT operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in system administration or a related role,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
