Camp Spot Unggul is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Deputy Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions, including processing payments and providing change.,Manage cashier operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Promote products and services to customers, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and sales floor.,Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a customer service or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services quickly.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
