Mitracomm Ekasarana is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients and ensuring timely and accurate collections. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect payments from clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits.,Maintain accurate records of all collections and follow up on overdue payments.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Work closely with the collections team to ensure high collection rates and efficient processes.,Monitor and report on collection performance metrics to support business objectives.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections and customer service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies and processes.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in field collections or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
