As a Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress at MiA Restaurant, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to bring the finest dishes to our guests' tables. Our restaurant uses state-of-the-art POS systems like Square or Toast to manage orders and payments efficiently. You will also be expected to upsell our menu items and provide exceptional table service.

• Take and accurately record guest orders using our POS system (Square or Toast).
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.

• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Upsell our menu items to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Square or Toast.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
