📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
