Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a project, working with the team to develop and implement effective solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the team's performance and the company's overall success.,Attend and participate in team meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.,Work closely with the company's leadership team to ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's overall vision and strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business, management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues or challenges that arise during the course of a project.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.,Ability to travel, if required, to attend meetings, conferences, or other events related to the company's projects and initiatives.
