In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store meets all business objectives.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
