Depot Tono Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Jambi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Inspect and maintain equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.,Conduct regular maintenance audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure the continued development of the team.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
