📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail outlets, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
