GLEAM Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and solutions to our clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations, and leading a team of tax consultants. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead a team of tax consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.,Conduct tax planning and compliance audits for clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and ensuring compliance with tax laws.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in tax research and analysis, identifying new opportunities for tax savings and compliance improvements.,Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Experience in leading a team of tax consultants is a plus.
