In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees throughout their learning journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and multimedia tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
