As a Mobile Services Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our General Health Services team—a dynamic hybrid of operations and healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier healthcare solutions to underserved communities in Bali. In this role, you'll coordinate with our mobile team, ensuring seamless service delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Based in Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar, you'll work closely with our healthcare providers, managing schedules, logistics, and patient communications. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with mobile healthcare teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Manage patient schedules, ensuring appointments are booked and rescheduled as needed.
• Handle patient communications, from initial inquiries to post-service follow-ups.
• Assist in managing logistics, including vehicle maintenance and fuel management.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate records of patient visits and service outcomes.
• Assist in training new team members on operational procedures and patient care protocols.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational improvements to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or operations.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, including scheduling, logistics, and patient management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
