Bengkel Wati Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the clinic has the necessary supplies and equipment to provide quality dental services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering supplies and equipment.,Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for the clinic.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.,Coordinate with the clinic's dental team to ensure timely delivery and installation of new equipment.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain relationships with key suppliers.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with dental equipment and supplies is a plus.
