We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team at CV Kencana Langit in Ubud, Bali. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory to ensure quality and compliance.,Prepare and process purchase orders, and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.,Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.,Provide regular inventory reports and updates to management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
