📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are performing at their best.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve goals.
