📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.,Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.,Monitor and manage the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with insurance industry accounting practices is a plus.
