📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
