In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the coffee industry and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Evaluate and select candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure high-quality hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Passion for the coffee industry and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
