Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.,Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.,Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.,Train and supervise construction workers to ensure they understand and follow safety protocols and project requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
