📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound calls to promote our products and services.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.,Closing sales and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.,Updating and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals.,Attending training sessions and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales or telesales is a plus but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services.
