📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct financial audits and internal controls to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Communicate financial information to international partners and clients using Mandarin.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Proficiency in Indonesian and Mandarin languages.
Certification in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an international business environment is a plus.
Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (GAAP).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
