📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with legal research and document drafting for corporate transactions and regulatory compliance
• Support the legal team in handling contract negotiations and review processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, or related field, with at least one year of academic study remaining
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as well as Indonesian
• Basic knowledge of corporate law and legal research tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
