📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms and other required documents.
• Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Maintain and update payroll records and databases using SAP or similar payroll software.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including payroll setup for new hires.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, addressing any payroll-related inquiries or concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary updates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll operations and support other HR initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
