📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily poultry farming operations, including feed and water distribution, health monitoring, and disease prevention.
• Develop and implement breeding programs to improve animal productivity and health.
• Monitor and report on flock performance, including growth rates, feed conversion, and egg production.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and nutritionists to address health issues and optimize feed formulations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including biosecurity protocols.
• Train and supervise farming staff to maintain high standards of animal care and production.
• Conduct regular farm inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance farm efficiency and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry farming or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing breeding programs.
• Strong knowledge of poultry nutrition, health management, and biosecurity.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite.
