As a Luxury Villa Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our exclusive villas. Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring their stay is seamless and luxurious. You will work closely with our team of concierges and housekeepers to maintain the highest standards of service and cleanliness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villas are ready for guest arrival.
• Manage guest amenities, including stocking mini-bars, arranging transportation, and handling special requests.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment in common areas of the villas.
• Work collaboratively with the concierge team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure guest satisfaction.
