📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote BRI’s credit products and services to local businesses and individuals.
• Conduct market research to identify financial needs and opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local entrepreneurs and businesses.
• Provide financial education and guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in community development initiatives to support local economic growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services.
• Proven track record in promoting financial products and services.
• Strong understanding of BRI’s credit products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel and work in remote areas as needed.
