As the Plastic Factory Head at Naga Semut, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the smooth production of high-quality plastic products, and driving the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the plastic manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of production personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality plastic products.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols to protect the well-being of the workforce.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and sustainability within the production facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with a proven track record in operational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, including injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality and environmental standards is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
