📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and infrastructure to identify and report any maintenance issues.
• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to budget constraints.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical maintenance and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and other relevant technical software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
