Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide exceptional table service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with reservations, seating, and any special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver them promptly to the kitchen.
• Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Assist the kitchen staff with any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Promote our menu items and specials to encourage guest spending.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end dining establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
